Multi-Sport Holiday Camp – Parent Agreement

By booking a place for your child, you agree to the points below:

1. Booking & Payments

  • Your child’s place is confirmed only when payment is received.
  • All bookings are first-come, first-served.

2. Cancellations

  • Refunds are available if you cancel more than 14 days before the camp starts.
  • Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable unless there are exceptional circumstances.
  • If we must cancel a session, we will offer a refund, credit, or alternative date.

3. Medical & Emergency Info

  • You must provide accurate medical and additional-needs information.
  • Staff can give basic first aid.
  • In an emergency, we may call 999 and follow professional advice.

4. Behaviour

  • Children must behave safely and respectfully.
  • If behaviour puts others at risk, we may ask you to collect your child without refund.

5. Belongings & Clothing

  • Children must wear suitable sports clothing and bring a water bottle.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

6. Safety

  • All activities are supervised and risk-assessed, but sports involve some risk.
  • Your child must be fit and well enough to take part.

7. Photos (Optional)

  • We will only use photos/videos of your child if you give permission.

8. Drop-Off & Collection

  • Please drop off and pick up your child on time.
  • Let us know if someone different is collecting your child.
  • Late collection fees may apply (£5 charge after 10 minutes, followed by £1 every 5 minutes after.)

9. Data Protection

  • We will keep your personal details safe and only use them for camp purposes.
